We were honoured to welcome two school groups from Cradle Welfare Organisation (https://www.cradlewelfare.org) to the GKRP2047 Open House on Saturday, represented by Mr. Saqeeb-us-Salem and Dr. Fatima Asim, along with their teaching staff.
Cradle Welfare Organisation is doing deeply meaningful work by supporting underprivileged children and their families — many of whom are already engaged in informal labour — through education, mentorship, internships, and pathways toward better opportunities and employment. Their visit brought important perspectives into the conversation about Karachi’s future and reminded us why inclusive planning matters.
The GKRP2047 Open House invites everyone to explore the current realities of the Greater Karachi Region and join the conversation about the city we live in today.
💬 The Open House is open to everyone until Tuesday 19th of May, 2026 — residents, communities, students, professionals, businesses, and anyone invested in Karachi’s future. Come be part of the conversation.
